Chair yoga classes are really fantastic for people who have trouble with poses on their knees when on the mat. It’s not a watered down “sitting” yoga. Chair yoga uses the chair as a prop to aid in stretches, keep balance easier and keep people off their knees. It’s great for people who have had knee replacements.
