This 65-minute class begins with a centering with the song "Grateful", by St. Finnkin. Next, we practice the complete yogic breath with Crow mudra, followed by Eagle Mudra. Warm-ups for the neck, spine, legs, and core are followed by Crocodile, Sphinx, and a Flying Cow sequence.
