A 65-minute class starts with some full yogic breaths, then hissing and Om's on the exhalation. We warm up hands, feet, neck, spine, and hips before practicing standing forward fold, half-moon, balance work and Warrior I, coming to the floor again to find the shapes of Crocodile, sphinx, and child's pose before relaxation. Music by Anugama: Shamanic Dream II.
