This 67-minute class starts with breathing practices of Ujjayi (Ocean) & Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril). We then flow through warm-ups for the spine and supine for the legs, hips, and feet. To table for a modified pigeon and then to standing from down dog for a 1/2 Sun Salute and Wide Legs forward fold. After a twist, we close with relaxation. Music by Todd Norian, Bija.
