Yoga literally translates as the “union of mind, body and soul”. This 5,000 year old practice helps increase the flexibility of body and mind. I teach Kripalu yoga. Kripalu Yoga is a style that emphasizes doing what your body is capable of where it is at and improving. You do not need to be able to touch your toes or bend your ankle behind your neck. Yoga is a process and a lifelong practice where your abilities continually change.
